Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of virtual currency in Geo Escape (“the Service”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Geo Escape is a digital application where virtual currency is used to access features and content within the app.
1. What you purchase
When making a purchase in Geo Escape, you purchase virtual currency (Geo Coins) that can only be used within Geo Escape.
The virtual currency:
• cannot be used outside of Geo Escape
• is not real money
• has no monetary value outside the app
2. Order
När du genomför ett köp av virtuell valuta ingås ett bindande avtal mellan dig och Geo Escape.
Efter genomfört köp tilldelas den virtuella valutan ditt konto i appen.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) unless otherwise specified and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payment is processed via the App Store or Google Play. Geo Escape does not handle or store payment information directly.
When purchasing via the App Store or Google Play, the respective platform’s terms and conditions also apply. For more information, please refer to Apple’s and Google’s terms on their respective websites.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made digitally by granting direct access to the purchased virtual currency within the app. No physical delivery takes place.
5. Use of Virtual Currency
The virtual currency may only be used within Geo Escape.
The virtual currency:
• cannot be redeemed for money
• cannot be refunded
• cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or gifted
• cannot be copied or used outside the app
Purchased virtual currency does not grant ownership, but a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the currency within Geo Escape in accordance with these terms.
Please note that upon account deletion, any remaining virtual currency will expire and cannot be restored or compensated.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As Geo Escape provides digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, no right of withdrawal applies once delivery has begun.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the terms and policies of the App Store or Google Play.
7. Changes to the service
Geo Escape reserves the right to modify or update the app’s features without compensation.
8. Limitation of liability
Geo Escape is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of benefit arising from the use of the Service.
We cannot guarantee that the Service will always be free from interruptions or technical issues, but we strive to maintain high availability.
Geo Escape is not responsible for technical issues caused by the App Store, Google Play, third-party services, or the user’s device.
9. Platform terms
Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and bear no responsibility for Geo Escape.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Changes to these terms
Geo Escape reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
The version of the terms published in the app or on our website at the time of purchase shall apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through dialogue and, if necessary, by a Swedish court of law.
